Toasted Coconut Margarita

Frothy, toasty, & balanced with the right amount of lime, this toasted coconut margarita is the perfect spin on the classic marg.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz clear anejo tequila or reposado tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • .5 oz grand marnier
  • 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Toast coconut flakes in a skillet. Crush once toasted.
  • Rim glass with lime slice. Roll glass in the toasted coconut.
  • Add tequila, lime juice, cream of coconut, and grand marnier to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for about 20 seconds or until combined.
  • Strain into your cocktail glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime.
