Toasted Coconut Margarita
Frothy, toasty, & balanced with the right amount of lime, this toasted coconut margarita is the perfect spin on the classic marg.

- 2 oz clear anejo tequila or reposado tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- .5 oz grand marnier
- 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes
Toast coconut flakes in a skillet. Crush once toasted.
Rim glass with lime slice. Roll glass in the toasted coconut.
Add tequila, lime juice, cream of coconut, and grand marnier to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for about 20 seconds or until combined.
Strain into your cocktail glass over ice.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
