Ingredients

  • 1 Sprig of Rosemary
  • 1 Juiced Lemon
  • 1 Elderflower Soda

Instructions

  • Use a torch to light the rosemary. Once smoking, place it directly into a carafe of choice and cover tightly. Ensure the rosemary is not on fire when placed into the carafe, just smoking.
  • Allow the rosemary to fill the carafe completely with smoke.
  • While the rosemary is sitting, juice one lemon.
  • Quickly add the lemon juice to the rosemary filled carafe & recover.
  • Combine the juice and rosemary by lightly swirling the covered carafe. Allow them to sit, covered, for at least 2 minutes. Leave longer for a smokier drink.
  • Pour 1/2 - 1oz. of the smoked juice into a champagne flute.
  • Top with lemon elderflower soda.
  • Garnish with a small sprig of freshly smoked rosemary.
