What To Bring To Friendsgiving: Store Bought Ideas
Spinach & Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS: Store-bought Spinach & Artichoke Dip (Deli or Frozen), Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes, Sliced Baguette or Pita Chips
HOW TO: Heat up the dip in an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes on top halfway through heating. Serve with sliced baguette or pita chips for dipping.
Upgraded Salad Kit
INGREDIENTS: Taylor Farms Sweet Kale, Goat Cheese or Feta, Apples, Candied Pecans
HOW TO: Toss the salad kit in a large bowl. Add in some goat or feta cheese to the salad. Slice up apples & add them to the salad. Toss gently & top with the pecans and dressing to complete it. Nobody will know that this was originally a store bought salad!
Garlic Bread with Herbed Olive Oil Dip
INGREDIENTS: 1 pre-made garlic bread loaf, olive oil, dried Italian herbs, crushed red pepper flakes
HOW TO: Bake or heat up garlic bread per package instructions. While it bakes, mix olive oil with herbs and red pepper flakes. Slice up the bread, and serve with dipping oil in a small dish.
Upgraded Burrata

INGREDIENTS: Burrata (8 oz.), Honeycomb, Thyme, Sunflower Seeds, Naan Bread, Flake Salt
HOW TO: Toast naan bread for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees. Warm a small pan on low/medium heat for 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds to the pan and stir continuously to avoid burning. Once lightly browned and toasted, about 4 minutes, immediately remove from heat. Add burrata balls to a serving bowl. Score them along the tops creating a cross/x pattern. Gently peel back the top layer to expose the inside of the burrata. Cut honeycomb into quarter sized chunks. Top with toasted sunflower seeds, fresh thyme, and flake salt. INGREDIENTS: Marinated Mozzarella Balls, Cherry Tomatoes, Salami Slices, Skewers
HOW TO: Assemble mozzarella, tomato, and salami on skewers. It's that easy! You could add some store-bought pesto for dipping. This is a super easy recipe to assemble that will take no time!
Upgraded Boursin Cheese Board
INGREDIENTS: 1-2 Packages of Boursin Cheese, Crostini, Fig Jam or Hot Honey, Fresh Rosemary or Thyme
HOW TO: Unwrap the Boursin and place it in a small bowl or on a cheese plate. Drizzle with fig jam or hot honey. Garnish with a few sprigs of rosemary. Serve with crackers or crostini on the side.
Mac & Cheese Reboot
INGREDIENTS: Pre-made Mac & Cheese (Deli or Frozen), Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Powder, Breadcrumbs
HOW TO: Transfer mac & cheese to an oven-safe dish. It's best to shred your own cheese, so it melts better. Top the shredded cheese on top of your store-bought mac & cheese. Add garlic powder, pepper, and salt on top. Bake according to instructions. Broil for a couple minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Add breadcrumbs on top for the final touch!

Sheet Pan Herb-Roasted Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS: Bone-in Chicken Thighs, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Thyme, Rosemary, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Lemon Wedges
HOW TO: Toss chicken thighs with olive oil and all seasonings. Roast on a sheet pan at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and meat is cooked through. Garnish with lemon wedges.

INGREDIENTS: Dates, Goat Cheese, Bacon, Honey, Thyme, Assorted Nuts (Optional)
HOW TO: Cut your bacon into thirds & slice your dates in halves the long way. Remove the pit of the dates or buy dates that already have the pit removed. One-Pan Rosemary Chicken & Potatoes
INGREDIENTS: Bone-in Chicken Thighs or Breasts, Baby Potatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic, Rosemary, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper
HOW TO: Half the baby potatoes to begin. Toss everything on a sheet pan and roast at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Transport in the same pan covered with foil.

Creamy Mushroom Orzo
INGREDIENTS: Orzo Pasta, Mushrooms, Garlic, Shallots, Heavy Cream, Parmesan, Thyme, Butter
HOW TO: Sauté mushrooms with garlic and shallots. Stir in cooked orzo, cream, and parmesan. Add thyme and butter to finish. Serve warm as a rich, velvety side or a vegetarian main.

INGREDIENTS: Sweet potatoes or 3 medium sweet potatoes, Olive oil, Pure maple syrup, Fresh rosemary
HOW TO: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into roughly 1-inch cubes so they cook evenly. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, 2 Tbsp of olive oil, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, chopped rosemary (or dried), and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Toss until every cube is lightly coated. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the potatoes are tender inside and nicely caramelized on the edges. Start checking at 10-15 minutes. Oven times vary. Remove from oven, taste and adjust seasoning (a sprinkle of flaky salt is great). Let rest 2-3 minutes, then serve warm. INGREDIENTS: Peaches, Olive oil, Butter, Brown sugar, Cinnamon, Salt
HOW TO: Cut peach in half and brush ~1~ teaspoon of olive oil or melted butter on both sides.Bake at 400°F degrees for about 8-10 minutes (should start browning a little on the cut side). Mix together 1 Tbsp of room temperature butter, 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 Tsp or desired amount of cinnamon, and pinch of salt to a little bowl and mix until combined. Take peaches out and flip. Add the butter mixture to the top inside the little pit divot (1/2 in each 1/2 of the peach) then bake another 10ish minutes. The full recipe is linked here!
Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes
INGREDIENTS: Graham Cracker Crumbs, Butter, Cream Cheese, Pumpkin Puree, Sugar, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Eggs
HOW TO: Mix graham crumbs with butter and press into muffin liners. Blend filling ingredients and pour over crusts. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Chill before serving. Top with whipped cream or a bit of cinnamon.
Mini Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS: Fresh blueberries, Granulated Sugar, Cornstarch, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Pre-made Pie Crust, Egg, Turbinado Sugar
HOW TO: Prepare the filling by mixing the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until the blueberries are coated. Cut out the crusts: Lightly dust your surface with flour, and roll out your dough. It should be about 1/2 inch thick. Press your pie crusts into your muffin tin, making sure to cover the bottom and sides. Fill each muffin tin with the blueberry mixture. Make your lattice top: Press the remaining pie crust into a lattice mold and then weave the strips over the top of your mini pie. If you don't have a lattice mold, you can cut strips to weave using a pizza cutter. Apply egg wash to the tops of your pies. Bake for 20-25 minutes, keeping a close eye on the pies. Sweet Potato Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting
INGREDIENTS: Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cupcake Mix, Eggs, Oil, Mini Marshmallows
HOW TO: Follow cupcake box instructions and add sweet potatoes for added moisture. Bake as directed. Top with marshmallow fluff or pipe on toasted marshmallow frosting.

INGREDIENTS: Vanilla instant pudding & pie filling mix, 2% milk (or per pudding package instructions), Biscoff cookies, Medium bananas, Cool whip container
HOW TO: Start by making your pudding. Add two cups of cold milk to the instant pudding mix, whisk to combine, and let it set for about 20 minutes. Layer the Base. For the individual servings, start with four Biscoff cookies per bowl. Crumble them by hand, with a mix of larger and smaller pieces. The cookies will soften up as they sit in the fridge. Add the pudding and bananas. Spoon two spoonfuls of pudding over the crumbled cookies. Add the cool whip layer. Once the Cool Whip has softened slightly (from thawing), spread two spoonfuls evenly over the banana layer. Repeat the layers.
