Nothing screams summer like a margarita & this one especially. To say we are obsessed with watching 'The Summer I Turned Pretty' this summer, is the understatement of the century. It's been a staple show in our home & we drew inspiration for these blended pomegranate margaritas from Belly's in the show!
They're tart, sweet, and beyond simple to make. We hope you love them & they become a summer staple for you too!

Recipe FAQs:
How to make the margarita on the rocks instead of blended:
Add all the ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
Is this margarita sweet?
It's not overly sweet! The pomegranate juice adds a tart flavor to balance out the sweetness.
What can you use in place of cointreau?
You can use other orange liqueurs like Grand Marnier or Triple Sec. If you don't have any orange liqueur, you can use a combination of orange juice and zest.

Do you do a salt or sugar rim?
Either works! I prefer a sugar rim for this margarita.
What do you serve a margarita in?
You serve a margarita in either a margarita glass or rocks glass.
