Description
The perfect creamy combo of pineapple & coconut! The Piña Colada is delicious as a mocktail or cocktail, and the perfect drink for serving a crowd.
Ingredients
- 3 oz – Cream of coconut (about 1/3 cup)
- 5 oz – Pineapple juice (about a half cup)
- 8 chunks – Fresh pineapple
- 1 oz – Fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 4 oz – Light rum (only for alcoholic version)
- Ice
Instructions
1. Add pineapple juice, cream of coconut, pineapple chunks, and lime juice to a blender. If making an alcoholic version, add the rum now. If making the mocktail, skip the rum or add an N/A rum. Fill with ice, and blend until smooth.
2. Adjust your consistency if needed. If the drink is too thin, add more ice and blend. If the drink is too thick, add more pineapple juice and blend. Don’t over-blend.
3. Pour your piña colada mocktail into a hurricane or tiki glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, pineapple leaf, cocktail umbrella, or cherry! (Or a combination of those!)
