Ingredients
- 8oz. – Cheddar cheese
- 8oz. – White cheddar cheese
- 8oz. – Pepper jack cheese
- 8oz. – Mozzarella pearls
- 10oz. – Cherry tomatoes
- 6oz. – Salami
- 6oz. – Pepperoni
- 10 – Cornichons (mini pickles)
- Rosemary sprigs
Instructions
1. Prep all ingredients. Cut all cheese wedges into small cubes, rinse cherry tomatoes, drain mozzarella pearls, and cut pickles in half.
2. Fold pepperoni and salami slices into halves or quarters before skewering to add texture and volume.
3. Start assembling skewers. Create a mix of flavors and colors on each toothpick. Include a piece of pepperoni or salami, a type of cheese, and a veggie for each one.
4. Arrange in a wreath shape on a large serving platter or charcuterie board. Place rosemary sprigs around the edges & enjoy!
