Description

This copycat Chick-Fil-A frosted lemonade has all the creamy, tangy flavors of the original, but with a protein boost! Made right in the Ninja Creami Deluxe, it’s a refreshing high-protein treat that feels indulgent but fits right into a balanced lifestyle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup – Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1/2 – Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 (5.3oz) – Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt container
  • 1 single-serve packet – Crystal Light lemonade mix
  • Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade (Fill to the “max fill” line of your Ninja Creami container – amount will vary.)

Instructions

1. In your Ninja Creami XL Deluxe container add the milk and yogurt. Stir with a spoon until mostly combined (it will still look a little chunky).

2. Add the fresh lemon juice and the crystal light packet. Stir gently.

3. Fill the container to the max fill line with minute maid zero sugar lemonade. If using a smaller container, reduce the amount to avoid overfilling.

4. Stir with a spoon, then use a hand frothing mixer to fully blend everything until smooth.

5. Attach the lid and place in the freezer for 24 hours. (Tip: You can spin it after 5-6 hours if you can’t wait! It will be softer and more drinkable, but still delicious.)

6. When ready to serve, place the container in the Ninja Creami. Run it on the “light ice cream” setting. Repeat a second time.

7. If the texture looks a little icy, scrape down the sides, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk, and re-spin on “light ice cream” once more.

8. Scoop and enjoy! The consistency should be thick, smooth, and creamy!

Notes

For a more drinkable treat: add extra milk or lemonade during the re-spin step.

Sweeter version: use regular Minute Maid lemonade instead of zero sugar.

For even more protein: stir in a half scoop of vanilla protein powder before freezing.
